Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Revoye (“we”, “us”), covering the website, the Revoye API, Revoye Desk and the optional browser extension. By creating an account or using Revoye you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Revoye for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

Revoye is a development and testing tool. It exists so that a developer can build and try an AI integration — a prototype, a feature, a model comparison — using the AI accounts they already pay for, instead of opening a metered provider API account before knowing whether the idea works.

It is not production infrastructure, and it is not a way around a provider’s pricing or terms. For production workloads, or for anything a provider’s terms reserve to its own API, use that API. You decide what you run through Revoye, and you are responsible for that choice.

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password and API keys secret: you are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.

Revoye works only with AI accounts that you own and sign in to yourself, on your own computer. You alone are responsible for using them in line with each provider’s terms, and for checking those terms before you use Revoye with a provider. Revoye is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any AI provider, it takes no position between you and them, and we are not responsible for a provider’s service, its answers, its changes, or any action it takes on your account.

You must not use Revoye to, or try to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• use AI accounts or data you are not authorised to use, or share an account with people it is not licensed for;
• run production, commercial or high-volume automated workloads that a provider’s terms do not allow;
• create or spread malware, spam, fraud, harassment or other harmful content;
• disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security or limits of Revoye or of any provider;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile Revoye Desk, the extension or the service, except where the law allows it;
• resell or offer Revoye itself as a service to others without our written permission.

You keep ownership of your prompts and the answers you receive. You allow us to store, process and transmit them only to provide Revoye to you. You are responsible for your content and for how you use AI answers — they can be wrong, so check them before relying on them.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Revoye Desk and the extension on devices you control, only to use Revoye. They may update themselves automatically. The licence ends when your account ends.

Revoye, its name, logo, software and website are ours. These terms give you no other rights in them. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without owing you anything.

Revoye is currently free. If we introduce paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you pay. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of Revoye, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or fast.

You can stop using Revoye and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, API keys or devices — with notice where reasonable — if you break these terms, if your use creates risk or harm for Revoye, a provider or others, or if the law requires it. Sections 6, 8 and 11 to 14 continue to apply after your account ends.

Revoye is a development and testing tool, provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that Revoye or any AI answer is accurate, reliable, fit for a particular purpose or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any action an AI provider takes on your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Revoye, your content, your breach of these terms, or your breach of an AI provider’s terms.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top; for material changes we will tell you by email or on this site before they take effect. Continuing to use Revoye after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the country from which Revoye is operated, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Questions? Use our contact page.
